After many, many (many!) iterations of this trying to get the tolerances right, I'm finally happy to share this clicker with you!

This prints in three parts and will require one mechanical keyboard switch. I personally used a blue switch, but you can use whatever you like! The one i used has the + on the top. I have attached an image of the switch that I used.

Assembly:

1. Pop the switch into the teacup square, and you should hear a nice 'click' as you push it into place. I made a hole at the bottom of the teacup, so if for some reason you need to pop the switch back out of it, you can just push a pen through the hole and the switch should just pop out. 2 Insert the 'tea' part of the assembly into the cup.
2. Finally push the Suriel head into the hole. The head will slot right onto the + of the switch and should just press fit onto it. I suggest using a drop of super glue to ensure the head doesn't pop off after a few rounds of vigorous clicking!

That's it! The 3MF file attached will have the settings I used applied to it, namely:

• Outer and Inner brim on the Suriel head, outer brim only for the tea and the cup
• Supports only rewuired for the teacup handle
• 0.2mm layer height, 8% crosshatch infill
• The file has the individual objects on the same plate, and uses 'print by object' sequence instead of print by layer. Of course you can change this if you like!
