Folder includes four different height thumbsticks. +1mm means it is 1 millimeter taller than the default thumbstick and so on. If you're having problems with pressing the thumbstick button, I recommend using at least the +2mm version.
Settings (Same as default Alpakka R-thumbstick) 0.07mm layer height. 15% gyroid infill. Brim: Recommended 2mm
