Unique Unicorn - Articulated Fidget Unicorn - Ludo Animal
The Unique Unicorn
This Fidget Unicorn is designed to be printed with no supports. All the joints articulate right off the build plate. Simply super glue the head onto the body.
Printing This print requires a multi-color printer (unless you want to hand-paint the model). Use the included Easy Print File for the pre-colored model to make printing easier! For best results, add brim ears to the feet.
Print at 0.2mm layer height. Use adaptive layers to get a smoother top surface on the belly and face.
Keychain Version This model is available with a hole cut for keychains. (Provided in the Easy Print 3mf only) Key chain
Filaments I Used: Some of these contain affiliate links

Is there a way to get this file with the head joined to the body? I have printed this twice at normal size and at 150% scale and I cannot get the head to push fully on. I would honestly be ok with printing it as one piece even if that means using a little bit of support material under the chin.
We appreciate your feedback and understand the difficulty with assembly. While we donโt have plans to update this version, you may want to keep your eyes out; this design might see a full refresh in the future.
When I open this file in my Bambu software the head and body are separate units but together as one object, if that makes sense. When I "split to objects" (I want to print a plate of bodies and a plate of heads to make the color changes more efficient), the body is fine, but the horn separates from the head and I can't seem to reattach it so that it would still print on the head. I am somewhat new so this may be user issue, can you help me through this?
Hi, I'm sorry about that. I will get that fixed. In the meantime, you can use the cut tool at the top of Bambu Studio to separate them, and the horn will stay in place.
