That is awesome
I am working on 800%. What is the Square part for? How are we orientating the hair. It's looking tough at 800%. I went with a single cut, making it 2 parts, that require only the smallest amount of supports.
This was designed for 100% scale I would definitely love to see it at 800 if you are talking about the square that goes in between the skirt it’s just to help alight the body while the glue cures. If you have any further questions email me at tacticalkaoz@yahoo.com
Even at 100%, the hair has no flat point, to place on the bed, like all the other parts. I'd have to print it on the hair, or, face up, and use supports for the underside. At 800% it was a bit too much.... I am hopeful the cut parts will mate well. We are gonna find out. See it here: https://youtu.be/8SmPHP2xevg
That’s correct the hair does need supports, I just finished watching your video and subbed :) for the supports also add a gap distance so they remove easier. My only concern is using different printers, personally I’ve had issues with parts and dimensions being accurate. If for example one printer is off by 0.5 mm every 100mm I’m concern it could be an issue at 800% but WOW great job on the video!
I cut the hair in half, and it only took the slightest bit of supports. I'm a bit of a supports wizard.... or so I'm told!! Lol (I am also: youtube.com/@3DRUNDOWN). I am assembling her now! she's AMAZING. If I could suggest a minor change, it would be: Label the files, L/R. I keep getting them confused, and, adding an alignment marker, where the the round parts, such as arms, and hairbands, connect
Than you for the suggestions i will definitely add that in my next parted out design.
Hoping you'd add it to THIS one. :)
How tall is she at 100%? Trying to get an idea of her height at various upscales. I'm thinking about 700%
Hi Gregg it stand just at 8 inches tall at 100% scale
