Double Voronoi Corset Belt – Modular 3D-Printed Fashion
A fusion of mathematical beauty and modular fashion, this 3D-printed corset belt features a double-layered Voronoi lace pattern, creating an intricate, lace-like effect with a futuristic edge. Designed for zero waste and long-term wearability, it consists of five main pieces, modular pins, and optional printed corset bones for extra structure. Assembly: 🧩 (Plug & Play) | 65g of filament | 8h 32min (on my printer :)
Fit & Adjustability 📐 Required Build volume: 256x256cm
- Standard size: Fits a 73cm waist with fully 3D-printed closures.
- Want more flexibility? Leave out the bell modules on one seam and lace a ribbon through the open holes for a classic corset closure.
- Need a different size? Scale in X & Y axes to adjust the waist circumference.

Printing Details & Assembly
- On the picture I used 93A TPU Glitter Blue from SmartMaterials3D, but would recommend going slightly more stiff; a 95A+ TPU, e.g. ERYONE High Speed 95A TPU for the corset body; PLA, PETG, ABS, or rigid TPU (60D+) for the corset bones/ribs, e.g. Kexcelled 64D TPU. Rib 2, 3 and 4 should be printed once normal and once mirrored. If you use any type of 2.5mm haberdashery rivets, you'll need 84 of them.
- Print without support | flat orientation
- 0.4mm top & bottom layer concentric infill pattern | Line Infill Pattern at 90% density Assembly Tip: If using 3D-printed connectors, slightly heat them before pushing through the corset bones to prevent breakage. Prefer a sleeker, permanent finish? Two-part haberdashery rivets work just as well!
How to Style It This corset belt is perfect for layering—throw it over a blouse, sweater, or dress to instantly sharpen your silhouette while adding a 3D-printed, avant-garde twist.
Sustainability & Modular Design Zero-waste fashion—swap out damaged pieces instead of replacing the entire corset. Modular construction means your design evolves with your wardrobe.
