The Bendy Bison
This Fidget Bison is designed to print in place with no supports. All the joints articulate right off the build plate. The head, body and legs all move, making it a very fun fidget toy.
Keychain Version This model is available with a hole cut for keychains. Key chain
Printing This print requires a multi-color printer (unless you want to hand-paint the model). Use the included Easy Print File for the pre-colored model to make printing easier!
Print at 0.2mm layer height. Use adaptive layers to get a smoother top surface.

Hey, this is an awesome model, but I have an issue when printing it. Front legs joints remains glued. I think the problem is that the hinge is not horizontal to the plate, so it doesn't bridge, but overhangs instead: https://jmp.sh/s/FWE8SmKxABy9fMmkxzH4

Hi good catch, these hinges do usually print even if they aren't perfectly horizontal, but you're right. Are you printing this at 100% or smaller?
I've experimented more and found that a non-horizontal hinge isn't the main issue. It turns out there's just not enough space around the hinge - below, above, and on one side.
I added negative objects in the slicer to address this, but now the legs have become too loose, and it's hard to make the figure stand :D
If you have time to look into it, it’d be awesome to get this great model fixed. But if not, no worries - it’s not a big deal, of course!
At 100%, and I tried two layer heights of 0.2 and 0.16, but had the issue with both.
