Simple Nerf Mega to Elite adapter. Designed to be rear loaded, hence the flared "chamber". However it can be used in any front loading Mega blaster except those with a 'smart AR system'. Do not dry fire with this inserted, since this may keep the air restrictor open.
Moderately loose barrel fit. you can adjust fit in Cura using "Hole Horizontal Expansion" setting.
