I needed a carriage plate adapter for an MGN9 linear rail mod on my Ender 3. While the original was a good starting point, I wanted to be able to add heat set inserts for adding and removing the hotend mount that I use (HeroMe Gen 5). I also needed the carriage mounting screws to be countersunk so they didn't stick up above the plate.

I also threw together a quick linear rail stop for 2020 extrusions. These are meant to be mounted at the end of the linear rail to help protect from the carriage sliding off the rail.

Changes made:

• Added counter sinks for the m3 screws to mount to the linear rail carriage
• Enlarged the mounting holes for the hotend housing
• Added thickness where the plate sits against the carriage and behind the top mounting hole, so that the heat set inserts wouldn't stick out
