SCALE The inside dimensions:

• Width approx. 180 mm (7 inches)
• Length approx. 240 mm (9.5 inches)

The outside dimensions:

• Width approx. 370 mm (15.6 inches)
• Length approx. 603 mm (23.7 inches)
• Height approx. 517 mm (20.4 inches)

The thickness of the shell is approx. 6mm (0.2 inches).

You can scale the model according to your head measurements. It is good to make it bigger and then add cushioning to the inside for a snug and comfortable fit.

PRINTER SETTINGS

• layer height of 0.1 to 0.3 mm on FDM printers

For reliable printing, we also recommend setting a brim to the model's shell parts, because of their height and low thickness. It will ensure, that the parts will not come off the printing platform during the printing process.

All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation.

This model is meant to be post-processed after printing. This can be glueing, sanding, painting, etc.

Newly also with text, so you can choose if you want to print it with the Aurebesh or if you want to engrave it yourself on the printed model.
