A cable guide I modeled for an Ender 3 with direct drive upgrade.
I used 4 m3 screws to secure it to the original extruder mounting plate. The screws can be ran through each mounting hole to make their own threads before mounting it to the extruder mount.
Use 1 cable tie to secure the cables.
