The "1 CU - Bin-To-Bin Rail Click Connector" was to loose in it's rail so the bin would wigle out of the rail connector. Increasing the width of the rail with 2% made it sturdy.
Bambu Labs H2D and X1C, BL Petg HF 3 wall, 15% infill, 0.2mm layer, 0.4 nozzle
Why is the printing orientation not flat on the board as for the larger rails? Any reason?
Bit of feedback for these bin to bin rails. For the 1H but I've noticed it with the longer ones, they are easy to pop out of the side of the bin rail. MORE so for the 1H and 0.5H due to the smaller bins able to apply more torsion force if they don't stay aligned say if you're taking them off the wall or moving them as a group.
I did do multiple test prints ensuring compliance with the 3 wall, 15% infill, 0.2mm layer, 0.4 nozzle, and 3 different spools of PLA and same result.
