This is the Gladius design used in the Xbox One launch game Ryse. For strength, the inside of the spine needs a 700mm length of 3mm ground steel rod with needs to be cut to length on final assembly. Each of the pieces of the grip and blade are seperate to make print and painting easier. All the parts can be printed on a 200 x 200 x 200mm print volume.
