Fallout 4 inspired T60 Power Armour Helmet
This is the Fallout 4 inspired T60 Power Armour helmet which is wearable for cosplay.
The dimenions of the helmet is 436mm x 289mm x 300mm when printed and consists of 41 individual files that can all be individually printed in a 200mm x 200mm x 200mm print volume. This means printing, assembly is easy even on the smallest printer. The files will come with a print list and assembly drawing to help build the prop.
The parts all key together with printed keys and only requires superglue to assemble. The files will come with a print list to tell you how much of each part is needed.
The only parts that are not included are the ribbed hoses that go from the front to the back of the helmet and the small hose from the nose to the side. This ribbed hose can be a vacuum cleaner hose and the smaller hose I used some small diameter silicone hose.
3D printing settings The material you use depends on your climate and how you plan to use it but I would suggest 2-3 perimeters (shells) and 25% infill for the large items and 3-4 perimeters adn 40% infill for the smaller items especially with thin geometry.
