Very nice model! I found some issues during the print preparation. Not big issues but they should probably be fixed:

It appears that the head and the segment just behind are a tad up compared to the other segments. This resolves in those 2 parts not being part of the first layer and are printed as bridges on the second layer
IMO, the tail and the "wings" should be supported for best results :)
Mega Gyarados as a extra pointy scale under its head. It could be nice to add it as well :D

The print is causing an error in mainsail that it's out of range and will not print regardless of the size of the model. I tried it at 90% and 50% and it still causes it to go out of range. One of your files doesn't have the bottom fins.

You can find the bottom fins stl in the included ZIP file, they are included in the 3mf but they're in a different stl. If you're using the 3mf the error, given that it's not size related, is probably due to the filament change gcode for the printer, is it possible you forgot to change the printer in the slicer? (we used an X1C)
