Version 2: Made a + shape that should be easier to apply torque to, if desired. Made the center circular hole slightly wider (4.5mm vs. 4.2mm).
Should work at pretty much any layer height, but I used 0.2mm. Similarly, it should work at any infill percentage, but I used 15%.
