This is a Half banked Corner. The entry is 115mm wide expanding to a 75mm wide flat and a 75mm wide curved section leading to a 30 degree angle on the outside wall. The entry model needs to be printed twice once normally once mirrored along the x axis to act as an exit. there are a variety of corner models. From a short sharp 45 degree 115mm Inner radius corner to a 200mm inner radius 30 degree corner.

Hey I don't know if it would be too much to ask. We have a home made 3 lane rainbow changer at our local track if I was able to get you the inner radius of that would you be able to make adjustments for this so we can make a pseudo grumpy changer?
Hi I'm having issues trying to print this model. My slicer is saying that it has non-manifold edges/unjoined edges/open holes.
which file exact, which slicer, I am not seeing that on any of these files in Bambu Studios or Orca slicer.
It's happening on the bank entry 3mf. I'm using orca slicer. The outside barrier has a hole around the inner rectangle causing the print to fail. Screenshots
Sorry, I can not replicate this issue, have you tried using the source step file, it could be an issue with the conversion of the file to 3mf
