Came up with this to mount my Beam to my wall-mounted LG OLED 65" C1. The front of the beam ends up being flush with the front of the TV, so make sure you have enough clearance from the TV to the wall.
Print a mirrored copy for the opposite side. Printed with 2 walls, 15% infill.
The flange faces outwards, and should be the print bed surface - no supports should be necessary.
You can reuse the stand attachment screws to attach the mounts to the TV. The Beam uses a #10-32 x 1/2 in. Pan, Round, or Socket head machine screw.

This is awesome. My tv sits pretty high (above fireplace, unfortunately), because of this, i have it tilted at a downward angle which means there isn't much space from the wall.
I have zero design skills so this is a long shot, but any idea on how I can modify where the beam sits? Using the tv stand mount is genius so I definitely want to keep that. The only thing is that it cant be flush with the tv but thats not a huge issues for me.
Thanks!
I would highly recommend that you learn a 3d modeling tool if you have a 3d printer. Being able to design/modify parts for your own needs is extremely useful.
