PS5 Dualsense Travel Case
This is a travel case designed to fit a PS5 Dualsense Controller. The outer shell pieces and hinge can be printed out of any plastic of your choice. The inner case parts hould be printed in TPU or other flexible filament options (I used 25% gyroid infill and 0 shell layers). I have not tested with PLA or any other rigid plastic for the inner parts, so it may work but attempt at your own risk. V2 of the case removes a large portion on un-needed material which results in much more room for a cable and aftermarket Dualsense shells (I confirmed this works with eXtremeRate's back paddle kits). This design utilizes 2 magnets (0.375"d x 0.125"t or 9.5mm x 3.2mm), one in each of the shell halves (no glue required if your tolerances end up the same as mine. All additional detailing seen in the included photos (PS logo and internal texturing) are achieved using modifier meshes in Bambu Slicer (I have included a simple modifier mesh to use on the bottom surface of the Outer Lower Case), The face button symbols on the back are modeled in.

Thanks to @Kabliga on Printables for posting the only (free) dimensionally accurate PS5 controller scan on the internet it seems. I used a low-poly version of his scan to get a start on shaping the inner cavity, here is a link to the original: https://www.printables.com/model/407609
