This is the first model I've designed, I've only just recently (a couple of months ago) got my first 3D printer. I've decided to take up 3D modeling after many years (and a career change) and created this special box, to store your dice in, but also to be used as a dice roller, or dice randomizer during a game. This was initially planned to be used with a D&D dice set, but it can be used for any dice game.

This version is the second version of the box I've created (we'll call the first version a trial by fire to learn the 3D program - onShape, design process, tolerances, some mechanisms and more), and it allows for anyone to design a top part (called "cage") and I've released this model with a few different cages to print. Most of the objects were designed to be printed without support, but some must have them.

You can grab a copy of the project on onShape, if you want to print your own "Cage" for the box. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/cb3370f0ca4cf428e80b1011/w/2e1081ad3a8340a38d567237/e/55388fe55a0f8b919bf3891c

There are simple differences between the different objects in the settings (mostly layer height for better details) but they are not at all a must, this project can be printer by most printers default settings (Nozzle 0.4, layer height 0.2, no supports, no brim).

Pin Button.stl - Recommended layer height 0.1 Pin Cap.stl - Recommended layer height 0.1 Cage(1,2,3).stl - Recommended supports Seesaw.stl - Need to print 4 copies

Final box measurements: Width 13 cm (including side supports). Height 8 cm. Total parts to assemble - 11 (including 4 x Seesaw). Model was designed for FDM printer but I'm sure will work on resin as well.
