Uses:
 5 x 10 mm round magnet 

3/16" .20 spring ( about 10mm long)

Thin coat hanger

Full length slim cigarette hitter

Bic lighter

Cut coat hanger to approx 125mm or longer, width should be around 18mm, insert and cut short end so just flush with bottom of box, cut long end so a few mm stick up to lock the lid.

I uncoiled the bottom of the spring to a wider diameter hold it in box, used the hitter to seat it.

Magnet can be press fit or glued.

Mythosaur LED light, 313 x 408mm.  Can be done with single strand of rgb led. space in back box for rgb controller or room for arduino/ programmable led wiring. (coke can picture is without 6mm top outline frame installed)  lenses MUST be printed solid at .2 layer height to give correct opacity.

Body

Stormtrooper led light uses standard rgb strip led's. Lenses MUST be printed at .2 layer height or they will not work correctly.  Model is approx 260 x 260mm.

Star Wars led light, can use either rgb or programmable, space in rear for arduino/controller and wiring.
Needs large bed printer, model is 426mm wide.  Scaling will not work, unless you thicken the lens faces back to 2mm, they must be printed at .2 layer height to function properly. Choice of deep recess 3 color lenses(filament swap white for 2mm, black for 30mm and yellow for last 6mm) or straight white low profile lenses (as pictured). RGB can be done in single strip, no soldering, programmable will need 4 strips (and soldering) to maintain color balance.  Arduino code included here, but it is just the fastled color palette example.
