VanMoof S3/X3 Kick Lock Cap

The cap for my VanMoof S3's Kick Lock fell off while riding, so I designed this replacement while waiting for them to send me a new one.

I recommend printing at a precise layer height (I used 0.12mm) so the fine thread details are printed decently.

I also recommend printing at 102% scale due to the threading tolerance. If you are having trouble reliably screwing it on, then you can scale it even higher.

To install:

1. Disable your bike's alarm in the app
2. Place the bike upside-down
3. Engage the Kick Lock in
4. Rotate the rear wheel until it can't be rotated anymore, and hold it there
5. Screw the cap in by hand, then using a hex wrench to further tighten
