Caster Replacement Body

This is a replacement part for the caster / castor of a cheap plastic storage container

What you need Apart from the 3d printed parts you reuse some parts of the stock caster / castor wheel

Original Parts axle: ~ 30 x 5 mm 2 wheels: 35 x 7,5 mm pin: 6 mm diameter top, 7 mm diameter bottom

Printed Parts caster body 2 washers

Printing Material: PLA, ABS, PETG - I used PLA and it seems to work great

Assembly push the pin into the caster body put the washers on the axle slide the wheels on the axle - one from each side click the axle-washer-wheels assembly into the body Pin and axle need to click into place. You may use a hammer to insert the pin.
