Use this OnShape linked document to add parametric pulleys to your project. By default I use an inner hole diameter of 22.35 which is a very tight tolerance on the standard skateboard bearings.

I have a crawlspace, and the main water shutoff valve is in very back so I can't get to it easily. I sawed a hole in the side of my crawlspace and printed this complicated thing. It's split in half so that it can be easily assembled from the outside of the wall, and so that the layer lines are aligned for better strength, and it prints on smaller beds. I printed in PETG, but I think ASA might be a better choice for long life and UV resistance. Print slowly to avoid warping on the bed.

This design was inspired by those waterproof caps on kayaks.

To assemble the screw-in cap, print out 7 hex dowels, slide them into the holes and the apply super glue all over the matching faces to create a solid bond. (see attached diagrams)

To assemble the inner flange with the threads, push each side in through the opening in your wall. Align the dovetails, and pull the assembled flange forward. Stuff some steel wool into the channel, and apply a liberal layer of caulk (acrylic if you want to paint it, otherwise silicone is fine). It should work for walls up to about 1 inch thick. 
The outer flange is thinner and is designed to be attached to the outside wall with more caulking, and it mechanically pulls the two halves together when the threaded cap is twisted in.

Do you always lose the lens covers for your drone cameras? I do! Now I can print this in bright colors and put a lanyard on it so I have a harder time losing it! This fits right over the lens and clips securely in place.

No supports needed. Just keep the speed low. I printed in TPU. 1 or 2 shells with a 0.4mm nozzle. It has a flat side for resting on the printbed and in that orientation the overhangs are manageable without supports. You might need a brim on your printer because the part is so small.

This StarLink adapter will mount Dishy (rectangular) onto a tripod. The bottom hole will fit a 1 inch post (like the one on [this tripod](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NOEH4FS)) and inside the base there's a hole for for a standard large tripod bolt and a recess to hold onto a [3/8-16 nut](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KGLDVCR). This should provide a very strong positive clamping force and support the lateral forces on the dish and tripod.

It's designed to be printed without overhangs, in two pieces. I recommend ASA or ABS to survive outdoors, because PLA will soften in the sun and degrade in UV pretty quickly. The two halves are attached with [M3x12 screws](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072FKMYMF) and [M3 heat-sets](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09TNK8GD6). If you're printing with a 0.4 nozzle you should do at least 4 shells and 50% infill. Larger nozzles require fewer shells.

You could also use strong CA glue to hold the two halves together, with a zip-tie around it all just to make sure it doesn't separate.

The Apple AirPods Max slide neatly into this holder and can be added to my gridfinity desktop set. And there's a spot for a lightning cable to charge them. I put these on a weighted baseplate and I used a dremel to clear a hole for the lightning cable to run into.

I needed extra  cooling directed at the print bed of my FlashForge Inventor for large PLA prints. I am using [these 40m fans](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZJ47Z2J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). 

Connect the two parts together using M3 screws and nuts. I use a [USB Hub like this](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079GT1ZVS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1) to power the array of USB fans on and off individually.
