ZIDLICKA V2 Gyroid stool

Meet ZIDLICKA V2, the second, more stable, version of my 3D printed gyroid stool. This 3D printed stool, with its sleek white finish and intricate gyroid infill pattern, seamlessly blends strength and style. Tested at static short-term load of 85 kg at a 3 wall lines and 15% gyroid infill 100% scale PETG print, however, final strength strongly depends on your print material and settings. Original dimensions 220x175x150 mm.

The files include various gyroid thickness, so you can find the most suitable one for your settings, scale and nozzle diameter. I used the 1.2 mm thickness to print with 0.4 mm nozzle on 0.3 mm layer height. I used no supports. Print on the side. I recommend using gyroid infill to get a great multidirectional support.Turn OFF (or on a build plate only) supports to avoid them getting stuck inside the gyroid.
