Folded, portable phone stand, print in place. - good concept but... sadly the hinge is too weak, little bit wrong movement and goodbye, I'm intended as a custom gift to my friend, but I can't give too fragile things

idk if make the hinge bigger / stronger is possible or not with this thin object, it seems you already maximize overhang for the hinge, yet nothing can be done with thickness of only 2 credit card, need to be creative to finding workaround to replace this tiny hinge - 3d model
