Was it ever difficult to make parts that require springs and you don't have any? Now it's easy! With this spring, you can 3D print this to see if this will work for your next project! For temporary solutions/non-mechanical solutions, any material should work just fine. But for permanent use, I DO NOT recommend printing with TPU, PLA, Nylon, and any other quick to absorb moisture, brittle, very flexible and/or very rigid materials. I made this just as a proof of concept, so I just used what I already had (PLA), but I recommend doing careful research if this is for a permanent solution. I recommend PETG for these. I 3D printed this with Ender 3 in 9 minutes 25 seconds at 125% scale. Recommended thickness of the lines for the spring is one wall.
