This is a 'flat' knitting loom. These are often used for knitting loose knit scarves and can be used for small (very small) knit caps and other narrow tubes. It may also be used to knit sheets of about 24 stitches wide that may then be knit or stitched onto other pieces. There are techniques for adjusting how many stitches wide a piece is, by moving the point where a row ends. For use, I recommend watching a few loom knitting videos.

This is intended to be printed at a very fine layer thickness. On my printer that's 0.08 mm layers in 'fine' mode. Printing a thicker layers will need the holes in the ring opened up at the design layer, as the tolerance is set up so that they are a snug fit with a tolerance of about 0.1 mm The pegs will only fit into the holes in one orientation, and may be glued in place or not.

While the implementation is my design, it is not my original design. I made the classic error of trying to print in place all of the pegs. I have several of these with one or more pegs broken off because the layer lines presented a place for the peg to snap off, either at the ring, or further up.

An inespensive set of hooks that I've found work well for loom kntting are the o-ring hooks available as a set of 4 at Harbor Freight. Particlarly handy are the 90 degree bent hook, and the 30-45 degree bent hook.

I have not tested this on a resin printer as none of mine are in production. This may work well printed on SLA or SLS printers, however I have not tired those. If you do try that and find either issues or success, feel free to so advise.
