These are scaled to fit an 8mm tree light but can be scaled down or up to fit any chain lights. I would suspect that hanging them outside in moisture may fill them with water and short out your lights so be fore warned

First things first, this is a mod made from RedKB, his print is at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4621591, and he give tribute to gabriell for the scanned print she put out and he modified for his model. Thanks RedKB and Gabriell. 

The parts needed to build the animated eyes can be found on Adafruit and I will put a parts list below. Anyway they have a great build tutorial on Adafruit which is attached to the Bonnet part listed below.

I am using Hatchbox’s Petg for the main body and their wood PLA for the stem and their white PLA for the teeth. I put very little work into clean up because this will be on the porch at night, seemed like a waste of time. 

You will need the following items beyond the filament and a power source:

I made this design because most of the designs had only one piece and the doors were not operational, this has 7 parts and a swinging door. I also made this so it could be scalable and so a Raspberry Pi or and Arduino could fit inside, you will need to scale it to fit those if you want to use it this way. I already fits a Pi Zero however the Pi is visible through the windows and gives itself away.

Just for fun, just jam them into the soft part of the opening. the pumpkin took me about a half hour to carve and is less than 8" tall so you will note the teeth are pretty large. I scaled the incisors up and down 5% at a time to vary the size and so they didn't look all the same.

I used ABS for the blade and Wood filled PLA for the handle. It is super light and cuts good, it can even be sharpened if it gets dull. I use it for opening boxes which is all it it designed for.

More Pumpkin stuff hopefully in time for carving up and decorating. I made a small tool to prick the pumpkin flesh so they can be inserted easier too.

This is a tip mod to adapt to a 1 inch wide sanding stick, it will put a small curve so you can sand on the inside of a radius without gouging your parts. I was installing a vent for my garage so I could airbrush in there in the winter and fashioned it after the Portal logo. I used Fusion 360 to do this which was my first venture into using the program.
