Print in PLA. Clamps to frame tube to hold a 'Japanese' style rear stop switch. Comes in 2 halves, use M6 screw and nut to clamp to frame and switch.

Close model dimensions taken from actual example. 4 needed. Print in TPU, experiment with infill to get similar elasticity. I have used Recreus 82A TPU with 2mm walls and 50% infill.

Moulds that can be used as press moulds to reproduce the number plate holder from mild steel.  Registration holes in the corners to keep parts aligned. I squashed mine in a large vice to apply the pressing pressure.
