“Excellent…” Springfield’s greedy mastermind joins the Playco3D collection! Mr. Burns comes with his signature pose, fingers touching as he plots his next move. This multi-part print makes assembly easy and captures every scheming detail.

Dimensions: At 100% scale, Mr. Burns stands approximately 7.9 inches (200 mm) tall. Scaling up should work fine, but scaling down may tighten tolerances and make assembly more difficult.

Print Profile: In addition to the multi-part version, you’ll find the head in AMS form and the eyes in AMS form.

Colors Used: Bambu Basic: Black, Gray, White Bambu Matte: Lemon Yellow Sunlu: Bluegrey Alternate color for blue: Bambu Matte: Marine Blue

Printing Tip: The hair fits snugly over the head, so it’s best to avoid using matte filament, as it’s more brittle and can cause the sides to snap. Regular PLA is recommended since it’s stronger and more flexible for this part.

Assembly steps: Attach the pants to the jacket using the pins. Attach the boots to the socks. The right boot and right sock each have a notch cut out for identification. Attach the socks to the pants. Attach the tie to the shirt, then connect the shirt to the jacket. Attach the hands to the white cuffs, then glue them to the jacket. Build and insert the eyes. Attach the teeth. Snap on the hair. If using matte filament, be gentle—pressure can cause the sides of the hair to crack. Attach the head to the body, and you’re all done!
