<h5>When I needed a depth limiter for the drill, I downloaded models from other authors. These are interesting models with a collet lock. But in fact, they were useless, because the fixation on the drill was insufficient and the limiters simply slipped, especially when working with the hammer drill. So I created my own drilling depth limiter design.</h5>

The dimensions of the model are too large to print at one time. So I divided it into two parts. These parts need to be glued together and then the thing will be very strong.
On the lower platforms that are adjacent to the floor, it is better to glue soft rubber on glue or double-sided tape.

Wall Plate Hole Template

This is a replica of the famous knife from <a href="https://giaco.com/products/maker-knife" target="_blank" > Giaco</a> which can be purchased for $39. And you can get it for the some time and 17 grams of filament.

The main thing is that there are no more covers, which either do not hold well, or you need to look for small screws. Thanks to the absence of lids, the knife has become thinner and lighter. It can be assembled and disassembled without tools. Although for the first assembly, a file or sandpaper will still be useful for you to remove printing artifacts. And it will also be better if you wipe the slip points and the spring with silicone grease.

The experience with my previous knife https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4747489 helped me a lot and I tried to take into account all the mistakes. Now all parts are printed without support. And if the printer is well set up, you get a very functional thing in just a couple of hours, with a minimum of post-processing.

21.03.05 I updated the files of this model. If you downloaded the files earlier than this date, my recommendation is to update them. The improvements are quite significant, in particular:
* Fixed the Slider jamming when opening the blade
* Extended blade seat to fit most blades from 60 to 62 mm wide
* Added a guide to the edge of the Slider, which gives more precise positioning
* Increased Trigger pad, now the rear view is more aesthetic
* The spring hook is reduced, which makes it easier to move the Slider
* Added the ability to lock the blade in the open position only by 15 mm. This can be useful for opening packages. If you need such a feature, print the file - Base+Fix15mm.stl

Изменения коснулись каждой детали. Главное, это больше никаких крышек, которые либо плохо держаться, либо надо искать мелкие саморезы. Благодаря отсутствию крышек, нож стал тоньше и легче. Его можно собрать и разобрать без инструментов. Хотя для первой сборки надфиль или наждачная бумага вам все же пригодиться, что бы убрать артефакты печати. А так же будет лучше, если протереть силиконовой смазкой места скольжения и пружину.

Мне очень помог опыт работы с моим предыдущим ножом https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4747489 и я постарался учесть все ошибки. Теперь все детали печатаются без поддержки. И если принтер хорошо настроен, вы получаете всего за пару часов очень функциональную вещь, с минимумом постобработки.

<h2><b>Внимание.</b><i> Для того чтобы лезвие было крепко  зафиксировано и отсутствовал люфт, я убрал зазоры на посадочных канавках. Поэтому первое время замена лезвия осуществляется с большим трудом. Будьте очень осторожны, когда вставляете лезвие.</i></h2>

The idea was stolen from Olfa DC-5. I just felt sorry to pay $9. Besides, the DC-5 is too big to put in my pocket, and I have an alternative - in my pocket or a belt mount.

Holster style blade disposal container makes easy work of blade disposal.
A convenient way to safely dispose of dull blade edges, the portable Blade Disposal Holster can fits easily in your pocket or be attached to a belt or a tool-bag. It features two blade-snapping locations to accommodate various hand positions when snapping and disposing a dull blade segment. Simply slide the blade into a snap-slit and snap the blade for a new, sharp edge. The snapped segment will then safely dispose into the container.

This model is somewhat difficult to print. I was successful only from the third time.  Fortunately, these attempts take a little filament. And if you, like me, do not have significant experience, it is better to order a print by professionals. For example  you can print it from a Service like https://www.jawstec.com/3d-printing-service/ 
But as a result, you may have a favorite desktop toy, a funny mascot. For those who will try to print themselves, I will share my settings: the main thing is the alignment of the seam along the Z axis: 
(Cura) Settings - Walls - Z Seam Aligment 
(PrusaSlicer) Print settings - Layers and perimeters - Advanced - Seam position
it must be selected - Random. This is necessary for a better balance.
100% concentric filling.
Support: I'll just say that although Cura puts the support more carefully. But my successful option still turned out to be from PrusaSlicer.
And in the end, you will still have a thorough post-processing with sanding paper (or maybe your imagination will tell you something else).
