There are 5 .stl files included for this build: The base comes in 3 files but 4 pieces. Please see the video on this listing for how to glue it together. Additional files include: the frame (print 4), the squeegee handle (print 4), the emulsion coater, and the artwork registration board.

You will also need...

• Super Glue
• 4 x Screws #8-32 x 2-1/2in (at any hardware store)
• 4 x Screw Nuts #8-32 (at any hardware store)
• 4 x Rubber Bands size #30 ish
• The Frame will need: An old screen printing screen (I use 200 yellow mesh- use the super glue to attach the frames to the mesh and then cut them out!)
• The Squeegee will need: Rubber Gasket strip (1 inch tall, 1/8 inch wide, & about 3 inches long OR download the free Card Squeegee Handle file!)

Print Settings: I personally use matte PLA Filament and the .20mm Standard BBL P2S settings. FOR BASE 3: Enable support, tree (auto), on build plate only, threshold angle (1)

Notes:

• The largest piece is the base which is approx. 191mm x 112mm and 63mm tall
• The suggested artwork size is 2.5 x 3.5 inches. Artwork is NOT included.
• Once the frame & mesh are attached, it behaves like any other screen for emulsion/light box, vinyl cut stencil, or Mod Podge painting.
• Make multiple frames & easily switch out projects from the base
• We recommend a small piece of PrintGrip instead of sticky spray on the platen
• 3D prints can be sanded down a bit if it doesn't fit perfectly together (it should)
