my guess is you take a lot of images of the item, from all angels, and input it into a software that outputs a 3d model correct?
i cant imagen you designing all your designs manually when you could do many of them the way i just described.
The models have been made in 3D rhinoceros for a couple of years so there are plenty of them. I'm old - I'm many years old. :)
