Cable Management

The powercables run up inside the mounting pole

Printing

Print the Lights and Mount parts without supports laying the flat side on the plate.

For the spike, print it side on with the teeth facing down and use supports. You will not need to remove the supports from the teeth as it will work with the supports in place. For a better result use the options in your slicer only to print supports on the spike, and not on the teeth.

Required Hardware

2 x LED Light Units 4 x M2 12mm bolts 4 x M2 Hex Nuts 1 x M4 12mm bolt 1 x M4 Hex Nut

Assembly

1 - Insert the M2 Nults in the top unit, there is a slight gap where each nut can be inserted, it will require a little bit of force to push each nut in.

2 - Attach base unit to top unit with M2 bolt

3 - Insert M4 nut into the spke unit

4 - Screw the M4 bolt through the spike unit until it pulls tight
