Little Tier

This a belt buckle I made for my son's Helldiver costume. I used 1-in elastic, Cut into two 
3-ft pieces and thread it through the spacer brackets. Or  you could  go easy mode it and glue the elastic to it's self. I also included a skull button in case you wanted to make the ammo pouches. I cut four pieces of 1-in thick foam 6x3-1/2 .Then wrap them gift wrap syle using  ca-super glue instead of sewing. Glue the buttons on and then the pouches and you are done.
