Legal stuff first, A12x25 is a fan owned by Noctua. Second, I stole the model from this grabcad. But this definitely falls under fair use by parody. Featured in The Fan Showdown: https://youtu.be/eOG-CfmrlQY (Thumbnail! Let's goooo) He went above and beyond by separating the materials for the pads (I just used sharpie) and used some of those expensive soluble supports. If you want to do multi-material, you'd probably have to use a cad program or a slicer feature. Of course, someone else could do it and remix this post. His multi-material might be a little weaker because the print starts and stops where the fan connects to the rim, but at least it didn't grenade. I think the soluble supports paid off because the details are all there, and the fan is small enough so that it's not too expensive. I'm happy to see it get about half the performance of a normal fan. The smoke test looked like it got wrecked, but you can see that at least most of the smoke is on the left side.

I printed it using tree supports and the top part of the hub facing down. I pressed it into the bed -0.8558 mm in the slicer to make it easier to print, but that loses the hilarious details like the silicone pads. The center of the hub was too thin because of that, so it ended up coming off, so I'm not sure if the part meets the hub height requirement. Maybe just don't push it on all the way. If you have some advanced support removal skills / soluble filament dual extruder, then you won't need to do that. For me, all of the supports for the fan blades came off when pulling the fan off of the bed, and the corners were shockingly easy to remove. Used sharpie on the corners to give the silicone pads their look.

The goal of this fan is to look hilarious and maybe move some air. It blows air, but I feel a draft blowing forwards, backwards, up, down, left and right. That's because the walls blow air whatever way they want to. The smoke test in the video shows that happening. Failing the smoke test was a partial goal of making the model funnier, and sadly I got beat by the Tesla Turbine for worst fan. Maybe next season.
