This model is restricted by licensing terms. 

This is a customizable handle for a wheelbarrow. It was designed for rod with a diameter of 30 mm. It may as well work as a handle for other uses. If needed, there is attached an .f3d file, where you can customize it to the desired rod diameter.


Modification instructions

  1. Open .f3d file in Fusion 360.
  2. Open Change Parameters.
  3. Edit rodDiamater parameter under UserParameters.

Recommended print settings

  • layer height: 0.2 mm
  • infill: 10% gyroid
  • perimeters: 4
  • solid layers: 6
  • avoid crossing perimeters: yes
  • supports: no

Avoid crossing perimeters (combing) should be enabled to prevent unwanted stringing inside. Print it as it is - on the closed side.

For this kind of application, printing with ASA or similar filament is recommended.
