This is a first layer calibration test for any printer. It consists of 5 tiles 32 mm wide.

Recommended print settings

  • layer height: 0.2 mm
  • fill angle: 0°
  • perimeters: 2
  • first layer speed: 25 mm/s

It should be centered on the bed and stretched as close to the edges as possible (exactly like this in the right picture).

Live adjust Z while printing, if necessary.

Interpreting results

Each square should look the same. Surface of the prints should be smooth and pleasant to the touch (just like the one in the left picture).

The tiles should be very difficult to tear apart.
