This is the new lighting setup I've built into my test box to film at 1000FPS with little or no banding but still have adjustable dimming. With the dimmer not at 100% some banding may be present at shutter rates faster than 1/2000. 

The lighting mount is intended for use with four #8 x 1-1/2" long flathead screws for mounting along with the included 5/16" bolts and nuts. The 5/16 bolts may need to be cut down shorter to fit, or a washer stack added.

Spool holder flanges I use in my dry box with PCV pipe you can get from Home Depot as an axel for spools. I used 1-inch schedule 40 pipe.

This is a snap mount I made for my Gopro Hero 6 Black. I believe it will also fit the Hero 5 and newer models but I only have the 6 myself. Works with all screw attachment GoPro accessories. I made this because I couldn't find any existing printable mounts that allowed access to the charging port for long film sessions where adding an external power bank would make life easier. 
I've used it on my tripod and on a magnet base mounted to a CNC machine, and despite the heavy vibrations and movements there it held fast!
