This Flexi Astronaut is an articulated print-in-place model that needs NO supports.

This astronaut introduces a brand new mechanic. His visor opens and closes.

He easily sits, but making him stand definitely takes practice. (it's kind of a fun challenge)

Like with all my Flexi's, I went through several iterations to make sure it was strong, and easy to print without supports.

3D printing settings Super Easy Print

*No Supports (adding supports will hinder functionality) *Print-in-place (no assembly) *15-20% infill to be safe *I always like to use 3 walls *PLA works great *make sure you have good bed adhesion. If the back of the visor breaks free from the plate while printing it may not function correctly.
