Starship EnterPies - To go where no fork has gone before! Corny and awesome!
Polymaker Silk Gold, Silk Chrome, Silk Yellow, Orange Polylite and Matte Cold White - 3d model
Starship EnterPies - Absolutely awesome design that nails my geeky personality and the fun of this hobby, thank you for sharing I wish I had a tenth of your creativity!! Like all of your models they fit together nicely or just work! I used Cookiecad Pumpkin Spice PLA for the filling, almost wish it was a little darker orange but it smelled absolutely amazing while printing!!!! Keep up the great work and thank your for sharing your creations!!! - 3d model

**Special Note: **MakerWorld user @HotFix has given their blessing to incorporate their genius idea of the pie tin and cranberry on the front of the turkey leg into the official model for everyone to enjoy. Please check out their MakerWorld profile located here: @HotFix MakerWorld user profile

The zany holiday meal themed starship is based on the original Star Trek series Enterprise.

The perfect Thanksgiving/Holiday centerpiece for the hard core Star Trek fan.

Parts fit together and should stay without glue. If you plan on handling the model and not just using it as a display piece, some glue is recommended. Especially in the neck to turkey leg connection.

A new Bambu Studio Project file is included featuring all the print settings I used to print the version shown. It has some time saving tweaks, such as printing .24mm layers and lightening infill on the pie filling until the top and then using 0.08mm layers to get that bumpy pumpkin pie details. The awesome Pie tin and cranberry dish on the front of the turkey leg dreamed up by MakerWorld user @HotFix has been incorporated into the official model and is included in the V2 Bambu Studio Project. Brilliant @HotFix!!!

V2 Changes:

  • Pie tin and cranberry dish added (concept by MakerWorld user @HotFix
  • Mounting hole on turkey leg for base connection reduced slightly for a tighter fit
  • Both bases have a void added to the top section to strengthen that area (suggested by MakerWorld user @HotFix)

@HotFix also suggested a void in the pin area of the stands to print perimeter layers on the interior to strengthen that area. NOTE: you must switch the “Slicing Mode” located under the “Slicing” section on the "Advanced" section to “Even-odd” to get the void to print correctly in Prusa Slicer (located under the “Special mode” section on the "Others" tab in Bambu Studio.)
