Based on Zack Freedman's Girdfinity system.
The elusive 2x1x6 2-Compartment divider bin has finally been tamed. Seriously... why didn't this already exist? I like keeping related parts (identical screws with different head-types, rivets and riv-nuts, screw and nuts, etc.) in easy-to-grab connected containers. 2 units wide, 1 unit deep, 6 units tall seemed the right size for my organization. I hope this helps you too.
Features label "shelf" and finger ramp to roll parts out more easily.

Just what I was looking for. After printing three in one go I realised they have a lip on the inside where you drag parts up. Any chance you could remove the lip on that side like the originals?
Didn't Zack state in his original uploads that he hadn't created these units because they're just the same as putting two 1x1x6 bins side by side?
I can see why some would prefer your design, but you did ask why they didn't already exist!
