Glass Jar Organizer - Stepped

An organizer I printed for a friend. It is tiered to show off the second row. I do not have a part number for the jars but they are roughly 50mm by 50mm.

Print this with enough infill to support the top layers. When I printed it, I tried 8% and the top surface came out a little rough in some areas.
