Here we have a quick little project I made for a friend, It may not have been the best way to get to the end result, but I am still learning CAD and design software and it seemed to be the quickest and easiest way at the time.
I just used negative part modifiers with existing components from 3D Printing Worlds Bo Staff design and The hot Dog model is from 3DBuilder on Cults3d.
Then split the hotdog and components and did some testing and sizing on the blade sections
And viola, I had my very own Hotdog Staff

This Model is not for Commercial Use, and I do not own the rights to the respective models used to make this weird creation.





Preloaded settings will be in the 3MF files if you open in Bambu studio or Orcaslicer.
If you are using a different slicer the settings are pretty simple for the handle and connector, just printed at .2 layer height 20% infill.
For the blades I print in by object (sequential) in vase mode, all 5 sections in one print. If you set your extruder offsets to fool the printer it can be accomplished you just have to print starting at the front and working to the rear of the build plate making sure the hot end and gantry will clear the blade sections as it moves to the next one.

I used a .8mm nozzle
.32mm layer height
.88mm line width ( You may need to adjust line width if your blade sections pull apart and do not lock together or do not extend correctly.)
I also included a scaled version of the print in place blades if you would like to try those, but they do take significantly longer to print and I don't find them to be stronger, they are more finicky to get right and I have not tested them in this model, so do so at your own risk!

Limit switch spacer i designed to work with the Crashworks Motorization kits. i used this on the mk7 kit and it works great for getting the limit switches to line up with the helper arms withouut any other modifications.
Printed with 100% infill. will accept m3 bolts, Rounded head reccomended. limit switch mounting holes may need to be drilled to fit m3 bolt

Updated design of the output connection for the harbor freight 2HP dust collector.
designed this one because the old one had been damaged, so I improved the interior to allow for better airflow (less turbulent)
working on redesigning to further improve interior shape, but this model will work.
flange needs to be solid if possible, i printed the first one at 40% infill and although it works, it would be better to adjust the bottom layers to the flange height, 24 layers at .2mm.
the rest will work fine with some infill.
no supports neeeded


Harbor Freight Dust Collector Output Connection

Tapered Adaptor to use 5" hose on outlet of a super dust deputy. Allows for better airflow, and I designed to connect to a harbor freight dust collector inlet with 5" hose. Shorter version was created because of space constraints I encountered building my collection unit on a mobile base.
No Support Needed
Full size model is 6.5" tall
short model is 3.5" tall

Flush top design, No supports needed

Designed for Ender 3 Pro and alike

Original version designed for 25mm springs that come from the bed leveling adjusters on an ender 3 pro, replaced springs with silicone and wanted to find a use for the springs. standard or yellow springs will fit in this version. But I recommend the stronger yellow springs.
standard version will not work with shorter springs as the plates will bottom out and touch.

Shorter version is for widely available and cheaper 8mm x 20mm springs.

Both Versions will need 12 springs per printer.
and are especially useful when printing with multiple printers on the same surface.
completely eliminates vibrations from printer to printer.
you will need 4 bottoms and 4 tops.

Design can be shared and altered, please do not sell design or items commercially without contacting me first



Parts can be scaled down slightly if you want the springs to fit tighter but must be an equal percentage, I would imagine that the feet of the printer may not fit after scaling down.
I print the top part upside down with supports, but it would probably work right side up but will still need supports.
All 8 parts you will need will print at one time if you choose to do so.

This is my first design in Fusion, feel free to remix and make it better. 

Added alignment markers (+) to make sure the spring seats are aligned properly, although the seats look equally spaced there is a very very small discrepancy.
