Multiboard Euro Coin Tool
I made this to help register and more easily start threaded Multipoint pieces without damaging the slot for reuse or removal. Keeping the part head parallel to the surface takes a lot of the frustration out of the process and is much easier with this.
There are two versions - Basic and Winged.
The models here is sized for use with a .20 Euro Cent Coin. Once printed, set the tool flush side up on a flat, stable surface and push the coin through the wider slot until it is fully seated and peaking out of the recessed side slot underneath. I use a pair of non-marring slip-joint pliers sometimes, but tap or two from a rubber mallet would work. It's meant to be a tight fit and resist the coin pushing out of the tool when starting the threads. When fully seated, a MultiPoint head piece will fit snugly and register on the coin edge flush.
For storage, included are two "mounting spots"; one a flush screw and the other raised snap piece.
In practice, I find the winged option to be my general go-to, but the basic does come in clutch for crowded spots. When starting Multipoint small screws especially, gripping from and using the "back" half of the coin instead of the tool body you may find to be easier to control threaded piece into the slot. That same side back be flipped around and generally works a treat for Multiconnect and Multipoint parts tightening and removing in general.
