Namida - Hoshi lampshade

Design & Concept: I designed the Namida shade—named after the Japanese word for "tear" or "droplet"—to evoke the appearance of liquid ripples frozen in time. The top half of the shade is covered in deep, organic undulations that transition into a smooth, clean base, creating a visual flow that draws the eye. When the lamp is turned on, the varying thickness of the "waves" creates beautiful gradients of light, making the entire piece appear to glow with internal energy. It is the perfect choice for those looking to add a bold, sculptural element to their desk or bedside table.

Vase Mode: This model is optimized for Spiral Vase Mode to achieve a seamless, clean look with optimal light transmission. Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm to capture the intricate details of the rippled surface. Supports: None. The geometry of the waves is carefully designed to be 100% support-free.
