My screwdriver has a diameter of 16.2mm and a length of about 180mm.

I remade the model as it seemed to have disappeared from the link in the description.
For even more dimensional accuracy, follow the same steps as in the video but measure the outside of pieces and place your value in the X-Y contour compensation.
Following this guide, my prints went from being as much as .3Xmm off, to now only around .1Xmm off. 
This has greatly reduced my filament waste as I rely less on test prints and no longer worry about using others models for a fear of my printer producing inaccurate parts.
