50% infill is what I used, could get away with less depending on the total weight of curtains and rod.

This joins the long wooden dowel to the plastic one.
40% infill is what I used, could get away with less

33mm x 190mm Dowel

Basic 33mm x 190mm bar. This mounts to the wall and the 90o joint pushing the curtain rod away from the window stopping damage to my plants when opening and closing the blinds.
20% infill worked for me
