Model originally uploaded to Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2779574.

Front bezel for OpenEVSE 2x16, Din rail mount with 39x59mm mounting holes for OpenEVSE PCB. Blank module covers with same profile as the LCD bezel.

LCD comes in comes in two variations, with the panel flush to the bezel, and slightly raised to maximize the space under. Attach LCD with M2x12 self tapping screws or drill out to use regular M2x12 or M2.5x12. (Use shorter scews for v2 of the OpenEVSE RGB LCD!)

(I will probably revisit the design to make the LCD attach to the DIN rail in stead of the front bezel, but for my current use this was the easiest and doesn't pose a problem. But if installed in a larger cabinet having the LCD wired and attached to the front cover would be less than ideal.

Edit: Made the LCD DIN mount. Print one part mirrored and it should yield about 70mm on the the rail between the two mounts, and hole spacing 75mmx31mm for the LCD. 70mm was just enough to mount OpenEVSE 46mm + 5V AC/DC supply at 24mm under the LCD, with ESP8266 stacked on top of the 5V supply.

Edit2: Just realised I have the old version of the LCD, so you would likely need 4-5-6mm spacers or so with the current part. I'll try to update the part when I get a generic I2CLCD_PCF8574 that is more or less the same form factor as the v2 RGB LCD from OpenEVSE.

Edit3: Finished the PCF8574 mount, and made a front without any screw mounts. This part should also work with the original V2 OpenEVSE LCD, but I have not got one to test it with )

Edit4: Added parts for Wifi. This is not meant for the Wifi kit sold by OpenEVSE store, but inexpensive* generic parts from AliExpresss. Also has its own AC supply for 5V to avoid straining the OpenEVSE supply which I've had fail when used with 12v relays. *) ~$5 as of 2019

5v AC/DC supply: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32944956690.html 3.3v to 5v board for ESP8266: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33000086175.html (only board!)

Can use ESP07S for external antenna or ESP12E/F for internal antenna, both have 4MB flash, which is needed for OpenEVSE/ESP8266_WiFi_v2.x firmware (ESP07 and other 1MB ESP versions will not work properly without changes)

ESP07S: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32952402374.html (External antenna) or ESP12F: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33042159576.html (PCB antenna)
