ELEGOO Neptune 3 Pro and Neptune 4 toolkit

Remixed from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4743186 This is my favorite 3d printed tool holder and I really liked it on my Ender 3, so I modified it to fit on my Neptune 3 Pro.
